STYLE REMARKS: This particular hat is always done in orange and green. CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: used by child when he is taken around the fire at Holi in the first year of his birth. Worn by a child during the first Holi after birth, whin he is carried around the by his grandfather. This cap has its Origins in Central Asia.
