Description MATERIALS: Cotton cloth, cotton thread, mirrors, beads, tassels.
CONSTRUCTION: Hand st., embr: hearring bone, cretan, interlaced chain, chain, running, interlaced stitches.
MOTIFS:
STYLE REMARKS: Pako, several variations ofinterlacing are used, This is an old style-probably of lohana people. The artisan lived in a lohana region and probably learned the style from her neighbors.
CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE:
CULTURAL REMARKS: Made in Pakistan-the roghan painted cloth was used for odhanis, the chints for skirts.
